This site is run by Stewart Motorsports, 16066 N 77th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, USA. For any question about your information, or to have it copied, corrected, or deleted, email contact@stewartmotorsports.com. That one address handles all privacy requests, including requests from parents.

Our Pit Wall app has its own privacy policy. This page covers this website.

• Contact formYour name, email, subject, and message. We use it to read your message and reply. It is emailed to our team inbox and saved in our database. If the database is ever unavailable, the message is saved in a backup file on our web server instead.
• Livery contest entryFirst name, last initial, age, city and state, an email address (the parent or guardian's email if the entrant is under 13), an Instagram handle if you add one, a note about how the design was made, and the artwork you upload. We use it to run the contest, review and approve entries, email you about your entry, contact winners, and show approved entries publicly (see "What is shown publicly" below).
• AI preview of your design on the carYour artwork is combined with a photo of our car and sent to an AI image service to create a picture of your design on the car. We also do this ourselves for approved entries. When you use the preview tool we record your email, IP address, and the result, so we can limit how many previews each person can make.
• Voting in the contestYour email address, so we can email you a link to confirm your vote and keep it to one vote per person per day. We also record your IP address and browser details (the "user agent") to stop vote stuffing: to limit votes from one connection, to block votes from data centers and VPNs, and to review suspicious voting. A bot check from Cloudflare runs when you vote (see "Who helps us run the site"). Votes for the 2026 contest were deleted after the contest ended.
• Emails we sendConfirmation links for entries and votes, a parent or guardian approval email for entrants under 13, approval or decline notes about your entry, an occasional reminder to confirm a vote, and occasional contest updates to entrants. Every contest update has an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics (only if you accept)Google Analytics shows us which pages get visited, roughly what part of the world visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. We look at it in total, not person by person. See "Cookies" for exactly how it is switched on and off.
• Basic technical detailsLike every website, our web server and service providers see your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, and keep standard logs used for security and fixing problems.

Giving us information is always your choice. Without an email address we cannot confirm a contest entry or a vote, and without a parent or guardian's approval an entrant under 13 cannot take part.

Approved contest entries appear in the gallery on the contest page and on a shareable page for each entry. Those pages show the entrant's first name, age, city and state, the artwork, and the picture of the design on our car. The last initial is shown only for entrants 14 and older. When an entry page is shared, social apps show a preview with the same name shown in the gallery, the city and state, and the picture. Finalist and winner status are shown too.

Email addresses, Instagram handles, and notes are never shown publicly, at any age. To have an entry taken down, email contact@stewartmotorsports.com.

The livery contest is open to kids, so it is built to keep a grown-up in charge. If the entrant is under 13, the form asks for a parent or guardian's email instead of the child's, and the parent or guardian has to tick a box confirming they are the parent or guardian and agree to the entry.

When the form is sent, the entry details and artwork are saved, and we email the parent or guardian an approval link. The entry is not reviewed, published, or used in any other way until they click that link, and we record when they did. If they never click, the entry is never published. Its details and artwork stay in our storage, not linked from anywhere on the site, until we delete them. A parent can have them deleted at any time by emailing us.

From children under 13, through a parent, we collect the items listed under "Livery contest entry" above. We use them only to run the contest. Once approved, the entry is shown publicly as described in "What is shown publicly", and the artwork is sent to our AI image service and stored by our hosting and database providers listed below. Those steps are part of how the contest works.

A parent or guardian can, at any time, ask to see what we hold about their child, have it deleted, and tell us to stop collecting or using it. Email contact@stewartmotorsports.com from the address used on the entry. We do not require a child to give more information than the contest needs.

We keep a child's entry for as long as the contest gallery is on the site, or until a parent asks us to delete it. If we ever want to use a child's information in a new way, we will ask the parent first. If you think a child under 13 has sent us information without a parent, email us and we will delete it.

• Stays on your deviceWhich car theme you picked, your unicorn hunt progress, your answer to the cookie notice, whether you have seen certain pop-ups, and similar settings. This is kept in your browser's storage so the site works the way you set it. It is not sent to us.
• Google AnalyticsThe Google Analytics script loads on every page with analytics storage switched off. In that state it sets no analytics cookies, but Google may still receive basic, cookie-free signals that a page was viewed. If you press Accept, analytics cookies are switched on. If you press Decline or ignore the notice, they stay off. To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will ask again.
• YouTube videosPages with race videos embed YouTube players. YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and see that you loaded the video.
• Team sign-inOur admin area uses a sign-in cookie for team members only.

Do Not Track:this site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Use the cookie notice to control analytics instead.

Some outside companies we use (Google, through Analytics, YouTube, and the fonts we load, and Cloudflare, through the bot check) can see your visits to this site and may combine that with what they see on other sites, under their own privacy policies.

We use these outside services. Each gets only what it needs for its job:

• HostingerHosts our web server, which keeps standard access logs.
• SupabaseOur database and file storage: messages, contest entries, artwork, pictures, and (during voting) votes. Pictures on the site are loaded from Supabase.
• ResendSends all of our emails.
• Venice AICreates the picture of a design on our car from the uploaded artwork. Venice says it does not store the images or use them for training, and passes them to its model provider (for the model we use, very likely Google) under a no-retention agreement.
• Cloudflare TurnstileThe bot check when you vote. It receives your IP address and browser details. Read Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.
• Team CymruWhen you vote, we look up which network your IP address belongs to, to block votes from data centers and VPNs. The lookup sends your IP address to Team Cymru's public lookup service.
• GoogleGoogle Analytics (described above), YouTube video players, and one of the fonts on the site, which loads from Google's servers and so sees your IP address.
• AnthropicWe use Anthropic's AI to write text descriptions of images for visitors who use screen readers. Images sent for this can include contest artwork.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the contest or the site from fraud or abuse.

• Contest entriesFor as long as the contest gallery is on the site, or until you or a parent ask us to delete them.
• VotesUntil the contest is over and the results are settled, then deleted. The 2026 contest votes were deleted in October 2026.
• AI preview recordsKept with the contest records, and deleted with them.
• Contact messagesUntil we no longer need them to help you, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Server logsOnly as long as needed for security and fixing problems.

Ask any time and we will delete your information sooner, unless we have to keep something by law.

For visitors where laws like the EU or UK GDPR apply: we use your information to do what you asked us to (reply to you, run the contest you entered or voted in), with your consent (analytics cookies, contest updates, and a parent's approval for children), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the contest fair and the site safe (bot checks, vote limits, and logs). We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. Our vote limits and bot checks can automatically stop a vote from counting, and you can email us to have one reviewed.

You can decline analytics on the cookie notice. You can unsubscribe from contest updates with the link in any update. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to stop or limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a usable format, and you can withdraw any consent you gave. Email contact@stewartmotorsports.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We are based in Arizona, USA. Your information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers run their servers. If you live outside the US, your information will be handled under the laws of those places, which may protect it differently than the laws where you live.

The site runs over HTTPS, and access to messages, entries, and votes is limited to signed-in team members. No website can promise perfect security. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you as the law requires.

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use a child's information, we will ask the parent again first.
